*Please include smoking or non-smoking room request in “Remarks” on the online application page. Your request will be forwarded to the hotel. However, please kindly understand that smoking /non-smoking rooms might not be provided as your request due to the room vacancy.

*If you would like to stay for the nights outside the available period, please include this request in “Remarks” upon your application. Please kindly note that the rooms cannot necessarily be guaranteed at the same rate.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE

- The rate shown in hotel application site is per person per night including breakfast, 8% consumption tax and service charge.

- Incidental charges (laundry, telephone, etc.) are to be paid directly to the hotel.

PAYMENT

- All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration. Neither checks nor cash are accepted. The total amount will be charged within a week after the application deadline and your reservation will then be confirmed with full payment.

- We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB.

　*Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. / KINTETSU INTERNATIONAL”. However, the company name might be slightly different depending on the card company.

- Please use a credit card which is valid until March, 2019.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION

Your reservation can be changed and cancelled online until 5:00 pm January 22, 2019. Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation after that must be made by email to Tokyo Marathon Accommodation Desk (tm2019-hotels@or.knt.co.jp).

Until 5:00 pm January 22, 2019: Please re-login the Registration Online with your ID and Password to make any change or cancellation.
After 5:00 pm January 22, 2019: Please send us an e-mail at tm2019-hotels@or.knt.co.jp.

*The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm [Japan Standard time] except the national holidays and new year holiday (Dec. 29, 2018- Jan. 3, 2019). Cancellation after working hours, will be made on next working day, which may incur charges.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

For hotel reservation, agreement is required for below 3 points before making online application:

・Information related to accommodations will be all announced on this website. There will be no brochures or other items (instructions, contracts, etc.) sent through post.

・KNT-CT Global Travel Co,,Ltd. and commissioned companies shall use provided personal information in the application form to contact the applicant, and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.

・Purchase of travel services represents your acceptance of Agent-Organized Tour Terms and Conditions. Please download or print it before applying.

・For any residents of EEA countries, KNT processes personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
