WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
-The price shown in hotel application site is per room per night including service charge and tax.
- Incidental charges (such as meals not included in the plan, laundry, telephone, etc.), are to be paid directly to the hotel.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
- Please follow the instructions on the reservation page and enter the necessary information. (We do not accept requests via phone calls.)
- Full payment in advance by credit card is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can change and cancel the reservation online until 17:00, Friday, January 26, 2018 (Japan Time) with your ID and password. After that date, a written notification must be sent to KNT by e-mail (tm2018-hotels@or.knt.co.jp) to avoid miscommunications.
Depending on the date of cancellation, following penalties are to be charged.

| 7 to 2 days prior to the check-in date | 30% of the room charge |
| 1 day before the check-in date | 40% of the room charge |
| On the day of check-in date | 100% of the room charge |
The date and time of cancellation will be based on the working hours: Monday through Friday 9:30–17:30 [Japan time] except national holidays in Japan. After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.
